We suffered a 1-3 defeat in the first leg semifinals game of the ongoing South West Regional League Mini Interpools.
Our lone goal in the encounter came from forward Franck A. Edimo which was the curtain raiser in the encounter. The first segment of the game ended on a parity scoreline of 1-1.
This was due to an own goal from our right fullback Ella Junior who saw his clearance kissing the back of our net.
However, in the second segment of the game, we lead our guards down as Victoria United scored twice to make it 1-3 in the first leg.
The second leg comes up in the days ahead and it promises to be full of fireworks.
