The President of Options Sports Academy of Limbe, Henry Neba Awantoh, has shown a high sense of solidarity to Limbe Football Club Association, LIFCA.

This, he did by supporting the club with ten match-balls after LIFCA’s 18 balls were stolen.

On the night of Saturday, March 26, 2022, 18 balls were stolen from LIFCA’s players house.

During the presentation of the ten balls to LIFCA, Options Sports Academy Media Officer, Basil K Mbuye, who represented the club, extended the message from the club’s hierarchy.

Hear him: ” Accept our condolences for the passing away of your President General. We assure you of our continues support and collaboration as a platform to promote the legacy of the late City Mayor and to promote our football.”

On his part, the Secretary General of LIFCA, Clextus Abong, thanked Options Sports Academy for the support.

“We are very grateful for this timely intervention from Mr. Henry Neba President of Options.


This clearly shows that he has clubs and football in our region at heart.
Coming at this unfortunate time when the club is mourning its pioneer president general and the incident that happened at the players base where all balls were stolen, we can only say thank you. May God continue to bless you and replenish the source from this gesture is coming from. We are indeed grateful and appreciative,” Abong said.

This is not the first time Options Sports Academy President, Henry Neba Awantoh is performing such an act. He also donated 10 match balls to Elite One Champions, PWD of Bamenda when their bus caught fire alongside their training materials.
